Land Manager
Up to £52,500 per annum
Midlands/ East of England - Home based (Travel as required)
Permanent, Full Time (36.25 hours per week)

To achieve this they're interested in meeting with experienced Land Managers with a proven track record of finding development sites. Joining as Land Manager, you will play a key part in helping us deliver their growth targets. Through identifying and securing new land you will directly enable us to continue delivering high quality sustainable mixed tenure housing developments.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse fast-paced environment, as you identify and secure suitable new land through to legal completion. They have significant financial resources in place that underpin their Business Plan to deliver over c.800 new homes per year. You'll join a vibrant Land & New Business Team to identify and appraise these new opportunities, helping to bring forward sites for development. This key role will involve working with internal stakeholders including Sales, Housing, Delivery and Construction Services and externally with land owners and Local Authorities.
To be successful you will need to have a complete understanding and experience of the legal, planning and commercial elements of land acquisition, alongside the value of property. Their successful Land Manager is able to demonstrate success on their CV through a clear track record of site acquisitions, a wide network of contacts together with a solid understanding of the land and property market. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in securing a pipeline of projects to deliver a varied development programme across a wide geographic area.
