Job description

Monarch Education are working with a Nursery in Shirley, Solihull are looking to appoint a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner on a temporary to permanent basis.

The nursery is private independently run establishment run by Early Years qualified experienced staff. They provide a friendly, safe and secure environment where individual needs of the children are met by their dedicated team in partnership with parents.

This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday 30-35 hours per week, 51 weeks of the year. The shift patterns vary from 7:30am - 6:30pm.

You will be working with children under 3 years old, Babies and Toddlers in groups of 6-8 children. You will be supporting the children with their developmental learning delivering the EYFS (Early years foundation stage). You will be expected to assist with personal care and feeding.

Nursery days are flexible with a range of indoor and outdoor opportunities and experiences planned throughout the day. They have access to a large Nursery garden providing plenty of outdoor space for all age groups. They have areas for planting flower, fruits and vegetables, areas for digging, a large sand pit, and opportunities for exploration, discovery, and relaxation.
