French Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Leeds
Salary: £22.1k + great benefits + progression

Tasked with managing transport services for customers in France as well as coordinating and liaising with English teams and colleagues, main responsibilities will include:
Please note: Although fluency in French is essential, the use of your language skills will form approximately 30% of the role. All other duties and communication will be conducted in English.
Hours:
This will be a 24hr operation with likely shifts being between 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6pm
Applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to communicate to a high standard in both French and English, strong customer service skills, the ability to work with limited supervision and enjoy working within a small team.

- Respond to all French operational customer requirements by booking emergency transport services within pricing agreements
- Manage, monitor and track all transport services in operation using an internal system
- Record and escalate any issues that may affect the safe or timely running of an operation, working within agreed KPIs
- Liaise with French Operators to provide updates and information in line with SLAs to ensure the effective running on all operations
- Manage the provision of stand-by vehicles and record any changes
- Completion of paperwork involved in the day to day running of the department
- Work closely with all other departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business
