We have fantastic opportunities for Support Workers to join the team here at *Dutton Nursing & Medical* to cover work throughout the Yorkshire region with string needs in the area named in the job description.

We are looking for experienced Support Workers with a passion to deliver a high standard of care and support to adults in various settings including; Supported Living Services; Mental Health Hospitals, Learning Disability Units and much more.

*The Role: *

· *Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviours and Complex Needs*

· *Potentially provide personal care*

· *Assisting with feeding and serving meals*

· *Stimulating the mind with activities to suit the service user*

· *Always protecting dignity and privacy*

· *Promoting independence and choice*

· *Following & updating the care plans when necessary*

· *Understanding each individuals needs *

*About You: *

· *Must have a minimum of 6 months paid UK experience*

· *Online DBS is desirable however we are able to apply for a new one*

· *Honest, reliable and trustworthy*

· *A confident communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills*

· *Flexible to work shifts*

· *The right to work in the UK*

· *Committed to shifts agreed*

· *Proof of double vaccination against Covid-19*
