Job description

Senior Software Tester (mostly remote) required for a large retailer in North Lincolnshire.

This company have one of the largest IT centres in the UK, and with a 1-billion-pound turnover during/coming out of COVID, they are only set to grow, with their sights set globally!

You'll be joining a large team of Testers, which is fairly junior heavy (due to the company's impressive graduate scheme). It would be ideal if you are interested in mentoring and developing your more junior colleagues, however this is not something that is essential to the role (or something you need to do if it's not quite for you).

Day-to-day you will be carrying out manual testing across mobile, web and ERP systems, but the company are also heavily investing into interesting technology like virtual reality, so there is lots of different projects for you to get stuck into (you won't be bored here!).

You'll have most of the following skills/experience:

*Agile experience

*API testing

*Mobile, web and tablet software testing

*SQL/MySQL

*Mentoring and coaching less senior Testers

*Creating test documentation

*Creating and maintaining test scripts

*ISTQB certification would be a bonus!

*Some automation testing experience would be a bonus!

Salary-wise, the company can offer around £35,000 - £40,000 for this role. This role is mostly remote, but you will need to be able to travel to their North Lincolnshire office twice every two weeks (a Monday and a Friday on the second week).
