NRL are currently working with an M&E Contractor based in Teesside, looking for an Administration Assistant on a Permanent basisProviding a comprehensive administration service, including Customer Care duties, and adhoc project work whilst generally contributing to the effective development of the business.Key dutiesTo deal with all internal and external visitors and telephone enquiries in a professional and timely mannerAnswering and transferring callsBooking in Engineering Call OutsEnsure that all correspondence and enquiries receive a friendly and professional reply in a timely mannerEnsure confidentiality of all correspondenceIssuing confidential paperworkQualifications and Experience requiredHave at least 5 GCSE (A-C) or equivalent including English and MathematicsMust be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint - this is essentialAppropriate and relevant experience in AdministrationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent telephone mannerAbility to organise and prioritise own workload and recognise the priorities in the workload of othersPromote a "can do" attitudeMust have confident, professional approachMust have a flexible attitude to workingSmart, professional appearanceAn efficient and accurate approach to work with an eye for detailMaintain discretion and total confidentiality at all timesDependable and willing to work as part of a team, supporting and working with all functionsAbility to know when it is appropriate to use own initiativeWhat is in it for you:To be part of a successful teamCareer development opportunitiesSalary to be discussed upon applicationIf this permanent role would be of interest please send updated CV to orcall for an informal discussion
