We are always on the look-out for talented, multi-disciplined, Fire & Security Service Engineers across the UK to enable our company to continue to thrive and cultivate. Our Engineers are the heart and soul of our business, we recognise this by offering generous and incredibly competitive basic salaries and On-Target-Earnings. The average OTE for our engineers is £55,000 per annum with 25% of our engineers exceeding this figure in the past 12 months.

The role:

Our Service Engineers are responsible for maintaining Fire & Security systems in line with customer requirements and current standards. You will deliver a world class customer service to our valued clients ensuring that the work is completed to an exceptional standard

You Duties will include but are not limited to:

Maintaining fire & security systems in line with current standards and customer requirements
Responding to demand service calls on all types of fire and security systems
Planning and implementing routine and demand call visits for your area
Delivering a first-class customer service to all our customers
Work with all teams within the business including the Scheduling team to ensure that all jobs are covered and the Stores team to ensure that your stock levels are maintained
Attend training sessions at the Marlowe Academy and attend Engineering team meeting when required.
Be responsible for identifying any personal training and development needs to help you deliver the best possible customer service and ensure that both your manager and the training team are aware.

About you

We are looking for someone who has the drive and enthusiasm to provide an outstanding service to our customers every day. Our ideal candidate has:

Experience as a multi-disciplined engineer with a good all round knowledge of Fire and Security Systems
Technical background in the electrical / electronic industry
Experience of front line customer service will be preferential
A full UK Driving Licence
You have to be flexible to travel and be part of an on call rota.

Due to the nature of the Fire & Security industry and specific contracts, if successful, we will need to complete a number of background checks including a credit check, five-year referencing history and DBS check. All offers will be subject to successful completion of these background checks.
