Summary
Job Title: Field Care Supervisor

Location : Doncaster and surrounding areas

Pay Rate: £10.50 per hour

Mileage: 15p

Shifts available are between the hours of 6am to 11pm including weekends

Access to vehicle required: Yes - due to the nature of the role access to a vehicle will be required.

Being a Field Care Supervisor is more than just a job it's a calling. Here at Human Support Group, we have an amazing opportunity to join our friendly team. We are looking for kind, honest and compassionate Field Care Supervisor to assist the Doncaster branch to co-ordinate the delivery of a safe and well planned domiciliary care service.

The branch is located in Doncaster and we deliver services in the following area's, Doncaster centre - DN1, Intake, Wheatley - DN2, Edenthorpe, Armthorpe - DN3 , Hexthorpe, Balby - DN4 , Sprotborough, Scawthorpe, Bentley, Tollbar -DN5 - Skellow -DN6 -Dunscroft, -DN7 - Rossington -DN11 - Eldington, Warmsworth - DN12

Duties will include:

Monitoring the performance of care workers through direct observation of care delivery
Supporting and mentoring care workers in the community
completing and reviewing care plans and risk assessments, medication reviews and quality assurance visits with our service users and families
Communicating effectively with branch staff, service users, care workers, families and other professionals
On call duties as part of an agreed pre-planned rota
Supporting branch staff to co-ordinate care including providing care to our service users when needed
This role does involve early starts, late finishes and weekend working on a rota basis

Caring, compassionate and a good listener
Have experience of working within the care sector
Able to drive and have access to a vehicle
Able to manage your time effectively and mentor and lead others
