Job description

Intastop is a market leader, supplying specialist products and services to predominantly the acute and mental health care market. It manufactures and installs for this sector and this position joins a small but important team.

A full time Installation Supervisor is required to work in a busy, expanding family run business based in Doncaster. The candidate must be a physically able individual due to the requirements of the role, must have a driving licence and be willing to travel across the UK, and on occasions work away from home. The candidate must hold a CSCS qualification or have experience in Project Management and Construction based subcontracting labouring experience.

The role will involve providing assistance to the installation manager in the management of the installation service from the preparation of quotations, on-site measure and contract administration to ensure the project is finished on time to the correct standard and includes all necessary health & Safety requirements. The role would be ideal for someone wanting to progress their career into a project and installation management position.

The role will involve the following duties:

* Assisting in implementing Intastop installation activities, by visiting sites, measuring up projects etc.

* Liaising and booking with customers (inc. dealing appropriately with any service level issues)

* Working on site and install Intastop supplied products when required

* General administrative duties of the installations department

* To carry out on site measures as and when required, either for quotation purposes or for reconciling quantities on projects

* Planned Preventative maintenance & commissioning of Door Top Alarms

* Assist in developing a subcontract network in line with the Companies ISO procedure

* Ensure all company H&S requirements are followed, in relation to installation activities, including managing H&S on site through RAMS, Toolbox talks, Installation packs etc

* Ensure job sign off forms completed in line with ISO9001

* Maintain and keep the company installation calendar updated and assist in administration of sub- contractors
