IT & Desktop Support

Your technical expertise, customer service experience and business knowledge will be critical to the success of this role. You will be attending to the technical support needs of key stakeholders in the business throughout the UK. You will help provide stability, consistency of service and a pathway into the wider Group IT support structures.

You must have the drive to help and support others and most importantly be eager to learn and develop your own career. To be successful for this role you will have experience in using variety of systems and processes including but not limiting to;

* Use and support of Microsoft Windows 10.
* Use and support of Windows Server 2012 R2 - 2019 along with experience of Active Directory and Group Policy as well as DNS and DHCP.
* Experience of managing mailboxes within Exchange Online.
* Experience and understanding of network routing and troubleshooting of network problems.
* Knowledge of Virtualisation technologies.
* Working knowledge of Cisco networking devices.
* Office365 and Azure management.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Great customer service skills and communication skills
It is important to know, due to my client having multiple sites, you will require a full UK Licence to facilitate any travel required which will be covered.
