* About Team: *

The Commercial Support Team (CST) is the enablement arm for Labcorp Drug Development Global Commercial Organization. Our mission is to create opportunities, deliver tools, processes, mechanisms, automation, and training that reduce the burden on our Commercial teams and functional partners alike in supporting our company objectives. We prioritize the enablement of people to accomplish these objectives.

* Internship Assignment Summary: *

Familiarize yourself with:

* Business development platforms to analyze and visualize data into valuable insights for more informed decision making,
* Sales Analytics & reporting,
* Commercial Training & Development, instructional design, therapeutic training, tools & systems,
* Salesforce.com and Apttus foundational platform knowledge
* Global meeting planning both live and virtual including town halls, sales meetings, and client meetings
* Engage in professional development workshops to enhance your business acumen and professional presence.

Education/Qualifications:
Working towards bachelor's degree in life sciences or applicable field
Experience:
* Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting
* Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues
* Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership
* Ability to learn and use CRM and prospecting tools to research clients, pipelines, and competitive landscape.
