Example recruitment Group are delighted to be working with our client. We are looking for a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveyor. Position will be based In Leeds.

My client provides efficient retrofit heating and hot water solutions for large multi-occupancy residential buildings, and commercial sites, utilising air and ground source heat pumps and high efficiency gas systems.

Intermediate & Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor required for a Leading Mechanical & Electrical Design & Build Contractor.

M&E Quantity Surveyor Role responsibilities:

The position has recently become available due to continued growth and success of the business. The successful M&E QS will be working alongside a strong team on some of London's leading social housing projects. M&E Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

* MEP Cost Planning / MEP Estimating

* Pre-contract estimating of MEP systems

* MEP procurement advice

* Tender management

* Post contract cost control

* Final Accounts

* MEP specialist cost research

* Managing our Cost Management Services to clients

M&E Quantity Surveyor Role requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying

* Min 3-4 Years post graduate Experience

* Understanding of Building Services

* Ability to work in a team environment and on your own initiative

* Good communication skills and Microsoft Office proficiency

* High proficiency in MS Excel

* Ability to manage good relations
