Projects Manager
Salary circa 36-38k dependent on skills and experience + car allowance/laptop etc
Full time 8.30 - 5pm daily

WSG Interiors is a bespoke joinery manufacturer. Due to expansion they are now seeking a hard-working and self-driven individual to join their team as a Projects Manager. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver, organized and communicator. The Projects Manager in this role will have the opportunity to make a valuable contribution handling a diverse and interesting portfolio of projects alongside a go-ahead team.
Summary/Objective of the position
We are looking for someone with reliable organisational skills, professionalism, and problem-solving skills to supervise project build and installation operations and provide project support as needed to ensure client satisfaction. This position will work closely with the Sales, Estimating, Design, Operations departments and the Management team.
Essential Job Function & Responsibilities:
* Execute project delivery strategy & manage timely and cost effective installation of projects.
* Maintain client, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships
* Set up and mobilization of projects
* Mitigate risk and ensure overall project safety and site safety.
* Excellent problem & conflict resolution skills (ie. Disputes, mistakes, changing conditions etc)
Competencies
* Thorough understanding of project scope, construction drawings, specifications and finishes.
* Effective co-ordination across internal teams and fitting teams to ensure measurable results.
* Familiarity with office design workflows, office furniture systems and construction/building codes.
* Computer and software proficiency (Microsoft Excel, etc)
* Language: fluent English
