Hays Technology are looking for an experienced Project Manager for a well-respected, family run organisation in the Harrogate area of North Yorkshire, for a fixed term contract until October 2022.

What you will be doing Within this role you will work on a variety of IT projects and changes, providing leadership and management to ensure implementation is successful, followed by a handover to IT Service Operations. The organisation is currently undergoing an ERP implementation of Oracle Fusion, so you will be heavily involved in this project.

You will ensure that the needs of the stakeholders are understood and communicated appropriately, that solutions are inline with the organisations technical principals, and that cost, time, resources and risk are all managed and documented to ensure success of each project

You would initially be remote working; however, a hybrid policy is being rolled out for later in the year, so you must be located an appropriate distance from Harrogate to be able to access their offices.

What we are looking for

* Experience in delivering complex IT Projects across a range of disciplines including core technical IT and business application and development implementations and changes
* A proven ability to work in a complex, multi-business, multi-stakeholder, multi-system environment running multiple projects where required
* Proven ability to tailor project delivery approach in line with the required outcomes
* Experience of an ERP implementation would be beneficial
* Degree or equivalent work experience
* Project Management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2 Practitioner, APMP Practitioner or MSP Practitioner) or equivalent
* Experience working within an ITIL environment, particularly effectively enabling service design and transition
* Able to apply established stakeholder mapping techniques to identify stakeholders who will need to be engaged in a project
* An ability to build strong and influential stakeholder relationships quickly by demonstrating a confident, competent and reassuring gravitas
