Home Working C# Developer - up to 60k

We are looking for an analytical, results-driven Backend Developer, to join our team! This is a technical, hands-on job. As a Backend Developer, you will be managing the exchange of data between the systems and end-user applications.

You will be focused on the development of all Server Side code, its maintenance, and definition of the central database requirements. You will be expected to ensure high performance and responsiveness systems. You will also be responsible for working with Front End developers integration of the Front End systems, third parties, and the SQL DBA.

You must possess a logical approach to work, along with resourcefulness and problem solving are necessary skill for this role. You should be able to design and produce solutions to requirements quickly, while communicating progress. You should also have the patience to work with various interdisciplinary teams, users, and system owners whose technical experience may not be on par with your own.

This role will report to the Head of IT Data and Central Systems

Roles and Responsibilities

Actively participate in the overall application life cycle.

Focus on coding, debugging and problem solving.

Collaborate with Front End developers and DBAs.

Define and communicate technical and design requirements.

Build a high-quality reusable code that can be used in the future.

Create sustainable and functional applications with clean code.

Learn about new technologies and stay up to date with current best practices.

Train, help, and support to other team members.

Requirements

Hands-on Back End development experience of API, Restful Services, etc.

Proficient knowledge of a Back End programming languages and an in-depth understanding of development standards.

Knowledgeable of Front End technologies.

An understanding of Server Side CSS pre-processors.

Proven experience creating user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, Servers, and environments.

Capability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system and to assist in Data Migration projects.

Ability to setup, administer of backups, data migration, transformation, and Scripting.

Knowledgeable of security principles.

Understands 'session management in a server environment.
