E3 Recruitment are proudly supporting a globally operating, manufacturing & engineering business with the recruitment of a Quality Manager vacancy.

Employing over 15,000 people across 180 facilities spread throughout the world, this highly-respected organization supply products & services to a number of high-profile industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical & General Manufacturing.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Quality Manager to step into a position where they can manage the whole piece, the successful candidate will be the first and only member of this team and will be given autonomy to implement new ideas moving forward.

This position will be based in YORK, meaning the successful Quality Manager will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Leeds, Harrogate, Wetherby, Selby, Castleford and Pontefract.

Key Responsibilities of the Quality Manager:
· Management and continual development of the internal QMS, ensuring that all processes and procedures are inline with company management systems
· Development and on-going monitoring/management of SOPs; predominantly within thermal coating/spraying processes
· Management of the internal audit programme (ISO9001)
· Leading investigations into non-conforming products and using necessary steps to identify route cause

In return, the Quality Manager will receive:
· Annual Salary: Between £38,000 - £40,000 + company bonus scheme
· Holiday Allowance: 33 Days including public holidays
· 9% Combined pension scheme (4% employer / 5% employee)
