You have a passion to challenge the status quo and find new solutions and drive out of the box ideas and empower others to fail, learn, and grow. More specifically:You have 5+ years of experience with B2B digital productsYou are experienced in facilitating agile ceremonies, managing a backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up, etc.)You are able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholdersYou can quickly learn industry trends / domains and end user demands from pain pointsYou are a strong problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution and progressWHAT YOU'LL DO:As a Business Analyst, you are the link between the business objectives and core technological capabilities the team is building. Your goal is to drive organized and effective requirements to build the product and will be responsible for utilizing creative and practical thinking to translate requirements into direct improvements. Furthermore:You will collaborate with a Product Owner to shape the end-to-end product strategy and determine business valueYou will utilize market and industry knowledge to translate user needs into user stories and maintain a backlog 3 to 4 sprints ahead of the teamServe as the day to day contact for the team on clarification of requirements and drive user storiesYou will support the product owners in collaborating with other teams and leadership to ensure team strategy aligns with overall product visionYou are responsible for defining, implementing and tracking performance metrics once a solution enters productionA CAREER WITH FARNELL:A career at Farnell means you will work alongside remarkable people who will help you reach your full potential and have a successful career with us.
