Elevation Recruitment Group HR are working closely with a fast growing, highly successful and dynamic company in their search for a Technical Training specialist. Please note there is travel in this role across the UK, predominantly in the North and Midlands.

This established business are looking to add into their people team reporting into the Head of People & Development. You will fully own training and assessment activities, taking responsibility for advise, design, delivery and evaluation of practical and technical learning solutions to build the skills and knowledge of the workforce to increase skills, knowledge, capabilities and role competencies.

Ensuring training content and outputs meet current and future quality and legislative standards, you will use varied training media to deliver a blended learning approach.

You will also need to ensure developed solution and learning activities are aligned to and support the achievement of Company Vision and any associated company-wide initiatives.

You will also have the opportunity to Support the Head of People Development in adhoc projects and activities as required.

The ideal candidate will have ITTSAR Instructor / Examiner qualifications, IOSH (safe supervision) and a Level 3 Training Qualification with experience of practical training delivery in multi-site operation. You will also be able to deliver training in any format.

The role can be based anywhere across the North or Midlands and you will be expected to travel within the role.
