E3 Recruitment are proudly supporting a globally operating, manufacturing & engineering business with the recruitment of a 2 Thermal Paint Sprayer vacancies.

Employing over 15,000 people across 180 facilities spread throughout the world, this highly-respected organization supply products & services to a number of high-profile industries including Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Chemical & General Manufacturing.

A recent increase in orders within the Thermal Spraying department has allowed this employer to invest in a brand new machine, which is due to be up and running by the end of Q1 2022. This is fantastic opportunity to join a well respected business and undergo comprehensive training, directly from the machine manufacturer.

This position will be based in YORK, meaning the successful Thermal Paint Sprayer will easily be able to commute from surrounding towns & cities including Leeds, Harrogate, Wetherby, Selby, Castleford and Pontefract.

Key Responsibilities of the Thermal Paint Sprayer:
· Operation & programming of an automated thermal spraying machine, coating repair/refurbished and new components
· Use of shot blasting machinery to ensure components are ready for coating
· Reading, interpreting and working directly from engineering drawings

Ideally, the Thermal Paint Sprayer will have:
· A recognised qualification or apprenticeship within mechanical engineering OR strong, stable and relevant work experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
· Mechanical aptitude with previous experience operating machine tools

In return, the Thermal Paint Sprayer will receive:
· Annual Salary: Between £25,012 - £28,860
· Holiday Allowance: 33 Days including public holidays
· 9% Combined pension scheme (4% employer / 5% employee)
· Stable & permanent employment with a globally operating organisation
