Job description

Working within a busy office environment, the ideal candidate will be a motivated and responsible individual with a good level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail. The role will require working to agreed hourly and daily input targets with minimal levels of error.

Role, Duties, and Responsibilities

Inputting data into several specialised software programs, following instructions that vary by client
Validating scanned forms to ensure forms, donor information and payment types are matching
Maintaining a high level of accuracy and an understanding of the implications of any input errors

Essential Skills, Experience and Competencies

Good computer skills, experience of Microsoft Office and bespoke systems
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work to targets in line with business priorities
Ability to work well under pressure and maintain calm
Experience of working within a team

Working hours

Working Monday - Friday 11.30-20.00 or 14.00 - 22.00
