One of TEKsystems's clients, a regional bank based in Birmingham, is about to embark on a large merger which will essentially double the amount of internal end users and ticket volume.
Due to the increased ticket volume and the general increase of tickets that comes from a merging of systems and applications, etc., our client is looking for 10 Helpdesk technicians. The technicians will sit onsite and initially support BancorpSouth users and perform any troubleshooting ranging from password resets to level 1 Windows 10, MS Office/Outlook and Google-suite related issues.
