Description

Why You'll Love This Role:

You will get to develop a network of people and maintain relationships. You will also get to seek out organizations to develop new relationships with to stay abreast of industry trends, new sourcing strategies and industry best practices. You will perform interviews to qualify candidates and present candidates to the Hiring Manager searching for the talent. You will make sure all candidate communications are maintained throughout the talent acquisition process. Lastly, you will serve as the new team members' Onboarding Partner to help them through their initial trial period.

How You Will Contribute to The Team:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is primarily responsible for finding and attracting top talent to join the DataPerk team as well as ensuring a successful onboarding experience for new team members. You will get to work with Hiring Managers to develop, implement, and manage innovative talent acquisition strategies and develop sourcing strategies to attract active and passive candidates. You will also be responsible for administrative document management and other duties as assigned.
