Job description

Community Managers have contact with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and private contractors serving the association. The manager will handle homeowner calls, assign work orders, solicit bids, process design review requests, handle notices and violations, preparation for and attending board meetings, review and presentation of financial data. Competent computer skills. It is necessary to have the ability to effectively communicate orally and in written forms.

Must have your own form of transportation with a valid driver's license as daytime travel is required.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Deals with association business, action items, and homeowner requests received by telephone, in person, in writing, or electronically.
  • Strong customer service abilities: courteously answers calls and email correspondence.
  • Maintains association records, documents, and homeowner correspondence.
  • Composes correspondence and communication for association business. Keeps all records in good order and updated as needed. Makes electronic copies of correspondence and other printed materials.
  • Composes violation letters to residents, reports findings to the Board of Directors in accordance with established regulations, and prioritizes emergency repair requests.
  • Arranges conference calls, meetings, and regularly scheduled board meetings. Prepares agendas, provides meeting packets to Board Members and owners as required. Handles annual members' meeting via notices, proxies and agendas.
  • Maintains applicable information via Condo Control and provides updates to appropriate personnel/board members who utilize this information.
  • Coordinates outside contractors with homeowners and Board of Directors
  • Assist new home buyers and real estate professionals with copies of required documents to complete purchases.
  • Assist with architectural application process including interaction with homeowners, board members, and ARC committees. Prepare and organize responses to applications.

Property Management is preferred, but not required.

Compensation based on experience.'

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Enterprise, AL 36330: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
