Property Manager

The Property Manager will execute the business plan for the community to ensure the physical asset is well maintained and meeting financial goals! The Property Manager will lead, coach and set direction for the leasing and maintenance teams to ensure excellent service is provided to our residents. The Property Manager is responsible for understanding and analyzing the metrics of the community and ensuring smooth operations and profitability of the community.

You will

  • Lead, direct, and control all facets of the community to ensure quality services and a high degree of customer satisfaction by standards and policies, while working within budgetary guidelines.
  • Recruit, hire, onboard, manage and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance and adequate staffing. Motivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building.
  • Ensure property performance is maximized-this includes walking the grounds to ensure product is show ready; walk all made ready apartments to inspect and ensure ready for new resident
  • Develop, maintain and execute daily, weekly and monthly activates to ensure community is meeting occupancy and financial goals.
  • Continuously collaborate with Regional Property Manager.
  • Quickly handle all escalated resident inquires in empathetic manner.
  • Additional duties as assigned

. You have

  • One Site experience is a must.
  • 3+ years' experience in a property management role
  • Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and motivating teams
  • Experience preparing and adhering to budgets, explaining vacancies, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws and application, familiarity with NAA Lease and Addendums, Fair Housing/ADA regulations and applications, OSHA, & EPA requirements for property management industry
