Responsibilities:
This individual will analyze the collection, recording, and allocation of project costs and revenue. Ensures accurate project profit and loss calculations. Analyzes budgets and actual costs. Communicates financial performance to project managers and team members. Position requires project set up in accordance with terms and conditions of contract, including staffing, work plans, provide cost estimates, recognize revenues, prepare invoices, provide financial forecasts, and follow accounting best practices.

To be successful in the Project Accounting Analyst family, you should possess basic experience in accounting, contract administration or financial reporting & analysis. Ability to perform assigned financial tasks across the project lifecycle. The ability to multi-task and meet deadlines is required. Also, a need to be outgoing, organized and detailed. You'll also need to be able to work with and build relationships with a wide variety of people. Excellent English language skills, written and verbal, are essential to success in this role. You must be able to quickly get up to speed on your assigned projects as well as company policies, procedures and acquire an understanding of the Project Accounting Analysis role at Hexagon PPM.

Qualifications:
A four-year degree is preferred, or equivalent work experience; and at least 2 - 4 years of related experience.

Experience in prior payroll, billings, contracts admin or proposals positions would be a plus.

Knowledge of Dynamics GP Projects also a plus. Must be proficient in Microsoft office and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, Teams).
