Responsibilities:
Individuals in this position work independently, providing advanced business advisory consultation and interpretation of financial matters to senior leadership across regional Service organization, including finance leadership, business unit leads, sales leaders, and executive management.

Responsibilities include:

Possesses extensive expertise in project accounting, revenue recognition, company policies, acquisitions and divestitures, financial planning, financial reporting, and analysis.

Participates with managers and senior-level individual contributors to establish organizational strategic plans and financial objectives.

Provides specialized technical analysis to forecast the impact of financial decisions on present and future organizational performance.

Coordinates the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data and the preparation of recommendations concerning financial plans, acquisition activities, operating forecast, and similar complex financial matters with other organizational leadership involved in the decision-making process.

May serve as an individual contributor in large, complex business acquisitions or divestitures.

Organizes information from a variety of sources to establish databases for use in analyzing historical results for analysis and forecast.

Prepares reports for management of complex financial matters in which findings are presented and recommendations are given.

Provides technical direction to other financial staff members.

Requires the ability to develop, interpret, and implement highly complex financial and accounting concepts and advanced techniques for financial planning and control.

Qualifications:
Requires minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 8 years with a Masters or equivalent experience. Prior Project Accounting and Business Operations experience required.
