Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for supporting the Hexagon sales organization across the North America region, to help drive Hexagon OT Cyber Security sales business, by demonstrating how the Solutions meet Customer needs and desired business outcomes. It will act as a Solution Consultant to both internal customers (sales team) and external customers. Other job-related duties may be assigned.
Job Duties:
Manages the pre-sales technical
Provides technical subject matter expertise across the Hexagon OT Cyber Security offerings.
Confidently speaks in public and acts as a technical leader in Customer interactions
Captures technical work process requirements and translates them into a demonstratable workflow using Hexagon Solutions
Provides in-depth product demonstrations to support regional sales
Supports and educates the sales team with the value proposition of PAS Solutions with an emphasis on OT Cyber Security Solutions.
Supports sales campaigns growth and initiatives across assigned
Supports marketing on sales campaigns and initiatives across the
Provides technical leadership and differentiation on key
Demonstrates thought leadership around industrial control system cyber security practices and challenges.
Learns and outlines the technical details of the Hexagon OT Cyber Security offerings.
Provide in-depth technical demonstrations, as needed, of all Hexagon PAS solutions highlighting the value of the solutions to customer.
Maintains and adjust demonstrations systems, scripts, and data to fit various market opportunities
Development of proof of concepts when necessary, making sure Customers' needs are meet and benefits of the solution are demonstrated.
Understand and communicate the value of integration of Hexagon PAS solutions with the surrounding tools of the Hexagon portfolio.
Provides technical and business leadership on client OT Security projects, ensuring high customer satisfaction and facilitating communications on ongoing
Stays up-to-date on industry standards and practices in the OT Cyber Security space to provide industry leading solutions and recommendations to customers.
Influences the product roadmap with Product Management/Business Development (BD) and the marketing
Helps sales team develop new opportunities to solve customer challenges including enhancements to improve functionality of the
Partners with other departments and personnel to generate new sales opportunities.
Works closely with Hexagon Industry Consultants to develop meaningful Customer presentation and demonstrations.
Help identify team growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or an information technology related field.
Minimum of 5 years in technical sales including software and/or related consulting services.
Minimum if 3 years of experience in customer industries; refining, chemicals, oil and gas, power generation, pulp and paper, and mining verticals.
Minimum of x years of experience working with OT Cyber Security programs and solutions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS) suite products. Expertise knowledge in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.
