Responsibilities:
Senior Project Accounting Analysts are financial specialists who review project budgets. They report to project accounting leadership and provide pre-billing information for project managers to review. They are also required to review budgets, including staffing, work plans, provide cost estimates, recognize revenues, prepare invoices, provide financial forecasts, and have in-depth knowledge of accounting best practices. Updating contracts according to client requirements and reporting associated budget amendments.

To be successful in the Project Accounting Analyst family, you should possess extensive experience in accounting and the ability to provide project managers and leadership with accurate financial information across the project lifecycle. We are looking for a highly capable team member to provide accounting & analysis support.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, or similar discipline is preferred

4-6 years of job related experience

Experience in prior payroll, billings, contracts admin or proposals positions would be a plus

Knowledge of Dynamics GP Projects also a plus

Must be proficient in Microsoft office and collaboration tools (Excel, Word, Teams)

Must have excellent communication skills in effective collaboration, client services, time management, & writing. Self-starter able to take little instruction on day-to-day work and general instructions on new assignments.
