As part of the Optum Workers' Comp group, the Clinical and Coding Logic (CCL) Business Systems Analyst (BSA) creates and helps deliver high quality solutions for CCL internal and external customers. The CCL BSA consults with users and technology specialists to define business processes and information systems for supporting those processes. This role will be a primary liaison between the CCL business and Application Development and IT teams. The BSA creates requirements and designs for the AuditPoint technology stack and supporting workflows based upon CCL business requirements and product road map execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with product development, IT, and audit operations to analyze, review, and optimize the support and delivery of CCL
• Develop and implement effective business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
• Manages platform road map by clarifying business problems, grooming backlogs, creating conceptual designs, developing requirements/user stories, and managing work intake
• Support requirements and design for new or enhanced integrations and workflows
• Provides AuditPoint technology and workflow expertise to support client adoption and testing
• Assists with defect analysis to access impact on solution

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of BSA work experience with enterprise solutions supporting Workers' Comp payers / carriers

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary/hourly range for Colorado residents is $53,300 to $95,100. The salary/hourly range for Connecticut/Nevada residents is $58,800 to $104,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
