Job Description: The Configuration Analyst will support all facets of Configuration Management to include: - Develop and maintain work procedures. - Provide support and guidance to others in the form of representation, training, and assistance involving all CM activity. - Responsible for CCB support and meeting secretariat backup. Activities to include meeting organization, invitations, agendas, minutes, action items and follow-up. - Responsible for analyzing drawing change requests, understanding the impact to the baseline configuration and next higher assemblies. - Develop and maintain As Designed As Built files. - Provide monthly metrics to CM Management and Programs as required. - Input and/or verify accurate Configuration Status Accounting. - Knowledge of and experi ence working with ERP, PDM, Microsoft office and other CM tools required to perform the job. Job Qualifications: - Knowledge of CM Functions and the five Principles.- CM Planning & Management. - Configuration Identification. - Configuration Change Management. - Configuration Status Accounting. - Configuration Verification and Audit. - Knowledge of drawing types and engineering drawing practices. - Currently have or willing to apply and obtain a secret clearance. Salary Range: 1 - 1

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
