Cashier & Customer Service Team Member - Join a great team at a growing company. Plenty of opportunities for advancement! The Position: At Sunset, we put customer service above everything else! As a cashier & customer service team member, you will have one of the most important roles in the company. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our customers are fully satisfied with their order and keep coming back for years to come! The main things: Greet customers as they enter & assist them with any questions they have. Scan and enter products into the register. Accept money in the form of cash, check, credit, or debit. Bag, box, and wrap purchased items for customers. Clean and organize customer areas of the cashier department. Replenish and stock products as needed. To be successful in this role you'll need: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Excellent Basic math skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Physical requirements will include: Prolonged periods standing and working on cash register or related equipment Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times May need to work nights, weekends and holidays on a rotating basis Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time The Company: Sunset Wholesale is one of the largest independent distributors in the Southwest and we're doubling in size over the next two years.
