Job Description: Now is your chance to be part of the future of real estate. Homie is looking for Arizona-licensed real estate agents to join our team as a Seller's Agent. Agents working their SOI has proven to be significantly easier with Homie than under any traditional brokerage. Homie also has new listings every month that need your expertise, support, and negotiation skills - all while helping our customers seamlessly navigate the real estate transaction using Homie technology (online software). The way real estate has been sold for the past 100 years is old, outdated, and not practical for today's consumers. This is your chance to be part of real disruption.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Homie customers and help them navigate the listing process using Homie's web-based software
• Call all potential clients, handle any client concerns, and work with clients' schedules
• Handle customers' concerns and issues diplomatically
• Ability to work autonomously requiring very little supervision to perform effectively
• Homie Agents demonstrate excellent attention to detail

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE an active Arizona Real estate license
• MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE completing residential real estate transactions from start to finish (15+)
• Previous experience listing homes
• Real estate contract experience required
• Real estate CRM experience required
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• People-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills

Salary:

• Homie covers all required fees related to the MLS, association memberships, licensing, and required education to maintain your license.
• Homie does NOT charge other fees to agents.
