We are seeking multiple highly motivated Strategy & Design Consultants to join our Enterprise Performance Management Center of Excellence team to help build and sustain an integrated performance management function at Wells Fargo. This team will be charged with designing and delivering a cohesive, end-to-end performance management program - focused on mitigating bias and risk while empowering employees to deliver their best work now and in the future.
This role offers an experienced human resources or leadership and development professional the opportunity to work in a fast paced, collaborative team, committed to delivering first-class HR solutions for the enterprise.
The incumbents will develop and manage relationships within and outside of HR, perform research and benchmarking on cross-industry trends, analyze success metrics, and develop broad-based enterprise-level process design - including delivery of an integrated performance, career + development framework in partnership with the Talent Design Center of Excellence (COE).
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner closely with the Performance Management and Talent Center of Excellence teams to develop and drive immediate and long-term enterprise performance management strategy + success measures
- Define and manage end-to-end process design, timeline, cycle requirements + enhancements
- Build cross-functional relationships with key HR leaders across Talent, Learning, Employee Relations, Culture, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion to drive integrated employee / manager experience and end-to-end strategy integration
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities via industry best practices, market insights, and internal feedback
- Partner across governance, operations + engagement teams to develop and simplify enterprise performance management framework, existing processes, and deliverables
- Define strategic reporting needs and dashboard insights
- Manage and prioritize key initiatives and roadmap deliverables

Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning
Desired Qualifications
- A BS/BA degree or higher
- Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
- Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding the financial services industry
- Outstanding problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong relationship management skills
- Military experience in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources or military recruiting
- 2+ years of HR systems experience (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Workday)
Other Desired Qualifications
- Strategic perspective and thought leadership in a broad range of talent + performance management and/or leadership development areas
- Significant experience designing, implementing, and managing large-scale change programs (culture, people, processes, systems-related), leadership development, employee engagement, career management, and / or performance management programs
- Exceptional ability to influence senior executive stakeholders, flexing style and approach as required in a range of complex situations with diverse audiences
- 5+ years of previous experience in human resources, talent + performance management, leadership development, corporate strategy, organizational effectiveness, coaching or career planning
- Strong strategic and analytical skills - with background in leveraging data to tell the right story
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset. Happy to perform a high-level of operational work, mixed with senior strategic work, in close partnership with cross-functional peers
- Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities at once with multiple senior stakeholders across lines of business and HR
- Strong change management skills, technology proficiency, systems thinking and quality orientation
- Prior knowledge of enterprise-driven performance and talent management processes
- Experience working in large, complex, global organizations, preferably in a regulated industry.
