Coleman Real Estate Services is looking for a strong, reliable, resourceful, and ambitious assistant to help us grow. A real estate administrative assistant's primary role is to help real estate sales agents perform efficiently. People in this job have clerical duties such as scheduling appointments and organizing files alongside customer service duties to meet the needs of clients and visitors. The job is a mix between that of a property manager and a secretary. A good assistant will keep the office running smoothly, allowing the real estate sales agent to focus on dollar-producing activities. We are looking for some who can:

-Be resourceful
- Research deals
- Fill out forms
- Keep my calendar up to date with Real Estate events and classes
- Communicate professionally with customers/investors/ and etc.
- Know how to research and maneuver and research information
- Send and receive papers from prospects
- Keep the office running smoothly
- Answering the telephone
- Taking messages
- Scheduling appointments
- Preparing real estate forms, documents and correspondence, ordering supplies, mailing newsletters, distributing reports, making travel arrangements and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems.
-The real estate administrative assistant may also handle updating information on the Multiple Listing Service, collecting rent and disbursing funds associated with a home sale.
-Computer literacy is necessary for this job, as is the ability to focus on many tasks at once in a fast-paced team environment.
