Position Overview
Dominating the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology and Electrophysiology travel staffing market for RNs and Technologists is our core focus at Springboard Healthcare. Building our recruitment and account management team is vital to delivering the service our customers demand and sustaining future business success.
The Relationship Manager - recruiting position will report directly to the Director of Sales & Recruitment. The primary functions of this key role are:

• Aggressively identify, qualify and recruit clinical professionals for clients nationwide.
• Manage relationships with clinical staff on job sites.
• Work with sales and operations staff to ensure profitability and credentialing standards are met.
• Have fun!
• Goals and Objectives for the Role
• Qualify and recruit 4 potential candidates per week and place 4 candidates per month at client sites.
• Identify new candidates through phone sales using company database, online resources and cold calling with a minimum of 60 outbound calls per day (300 outbound dials per week) and 12 hours of talk time per week.
• Attend networking events, make recruiting presentations, and visit clients as needed. * Work proactively with sales staff to market available candidates to existing and prospective clients.
• Manage relationships with candidates and prospects.
• Actively engage in personal growth and development.
• Work as a team with operations staff to ensure company credentialing standards are met.
• Experience Requirements
• Successful track record in telephone-based selling to prospect and close deals.
• Exhibit strong sense of urgency while executing company objectives.
• Possess extraordinary interpersonal skills to communicate with internal team, prospects and clients.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong command of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and social media.
• Ability to multi-task and execute a highly organized, detailed daily work plan while maintaining focus of vision and direction of company goals is a must.
• Proven track record in recruiting industry a plus.
• College Degree preferred, will consider experience
