Job Details

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting for this GROWING company with a consultative approach to ensure the company is hiring the best possible talent across the organization. This is achieved through developing and maintaining recruiting strategies and processes that support the current and future needs of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead recruiting initiatives to ensure strategies are current and meeting the company's needs.
Maintain Applicant Tracking System and internal systems with up to date information, jobs, marketing collateral, job descriptions, etc.
Prescreen, test, interview and/or set up interviews for candidates.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruiting vendors.
Partner with marketing department to update and maintain Talent Branding on Glassdoor, Indeed and all related recruiting systems.
Oversee onboarding processes from beginning to end to ensure accuracy and an exceptional experience for candidates and new hires.
Manage recruiting budget. Monitor spending and ensure decisions are made based on recruiting data and the company's needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related field.
5+ Years Talent Acquisition Experience. Construction industry experience encouraged, but not required.
