Commercial Coverage Insurance Agency, Inc. is a high-energy, cutting edge Risk Management and Insurance Brokerage with offices in San Francisco, CA and Phoenix, AZ. We are seeking experienced Account Managers to join our growing, dynamic team. Account Managers oversee a book of business and work closely with CSRs and insurance carriers to effectively manage renewals, resolving complex issues that require policy interpretation and experience based judgment.

The right candidate has a minimum of 5 years Insurance Account Management experience (tell us about your book!) with a focus in Commercial Property & General Liability Insurance. The right candidate is motivated to bring the highest level of knowledge and service to each account. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive work atmosphere in communications with both clients and co-workers.
  • Manage renewal accounts with various lines of coverage.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Maintain all accounts are in good financial standing.
  • Keep consistent records in AMS 360 through the use of suspense and/or activities of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries or comments, uploading documents, as well as actions taken.
  • Have a solid understanding of the company Document Management protocol's.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a AZ Property and Casualty Agent license
  • 5+ years of Commercial Property Lines Insurance experience
  • AMS 360 experience preferred, similar system is acceptable
  • Intermediate-Advanced user of Office 365

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $62,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
