We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Talent Acquisitions Partner to join our corporate HR team! You will be a key partner with Hiring Managers and department leaders and will help develop and execute strategies to source, engage, and hire the best talent in a highly competitive market. The ideal candidate will work as a strategic talent advisor to hiring teams and provide expertise on how to effectively source high-quality candidates and how to incorporate interview best practices and structure into the process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for positions from initial outreach through onboarding (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers, onboarding, etc.)
  • Build innovative sourcing and engagement strategies, driving and managing unique candidate pipelines to explore, leverage, and support our commitment to building talented and diverse teams
  • Champion and obsess over executing a magical end-to-end candidate experience
  • Maintain data integrity, proactively sharing updates with all stakeholders and utilizing insights to improve recruiting process
  • Provide clear communication with business partners and hiring managers, establishing timelines, milestones, and expected outcomes
  • Ability to perform detail-oriented projects with a high level of accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (sourcing, scheduling, interviewing, recruitment marketing, pipeline management, offers)
  • Proficiency using systems and tools that support sourcing, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting, and workplace collaboration tools
  • Enthusiasm and confidence to partner with hiring managers and leaders to develop and support an exceptional interview process
  • Passion for innovation and technology that drives greater recruitment efficiency and high-quality hires for the company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
