Job description

This individual will support Affirma u2019s mission to provide exception value to our clients by planning, executing, and deploying solutions. You u2019ll be responsible for gathering and coordinating project impact assessments from various groups within a client u2019s organization; working with partners to understand their business requirements and define project scope; and helping program managers define requirements and successfully track projects throughout their respective life cycles. Specifically, you will:

u2022 Actively run overall business analysis efforts according to the overall project plan.

u2022 Drive requirements gathering sessions, prepare and deliver client presentations and work products/prototypes.

u2022 Facilitate the development of standard methodology and future state workflows while identifying interpersonal and technical gaps that need to be filled.

u2022 Lead business process current state discovery sessions and effectively gather current state workflows.

u2022 Define and execute workflow-based end-user test scenarios.

u2022 Lead client status and executive review meetings as needed.

What You u2019ll Do:

u2022 Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and presentations

u2022 Have experience creating process diagrams and workflow documentation

u2022 Develop and maintain business, functional and technical specification requirements documents

u2022 Create and maintain user stories

u2022 Analyze data to determine modifications needed to procedures, processes and practices

u2022 Have experience delivering functional requirements for UI design and reporting

u2022 Possess analytical skills to consider data and information in decision-making

u2022 Be comfortable working with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders, across different departments and functions (including Finance, IT, HR, Operations, etc.)

u2022 Possess an ambitious, hands on attitude, a creative spirit, and a strong sense of ownership

Qualifications:

u2022 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or relevant product team role

u2022 Works well in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment

u2022 Strong diplomacy and conflict resolution skills

u2022 Eagerness to improve processes and contribute to the growth of a dynamic company

u2022 Creative and thinks outside the box

u2022 Experience working with processes (invoicing, time entry, expense entry, A/R, A/P, GL, etc.)

u2022 Experience working with systems (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc)

u2022 Demonstrated experience in developing the implementation of technical solutions in cooperation with business customers.

u2022 Experience re-engineering workflow and data management processes to maximize efficiency
