**Description:**

Assist Lead Installer with superior quality PV installations

Layout Balance of System (BOS)

Communicate job status data to the operations management

Make conduit and wiring runs

Perform homeruns, wiring combiner box

Assist with overall crew & job site safety

Maintain tool management standards

Assist with site preparation and cleanup

Assist with completion of installation reports and paperwork

Assist with general ground support

**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**

Must have previous electrical experience.

Previous experience pulling conduit and terminations

Must be able to lift 50+ pounds consistently

Must have AR Jouneyman license or Master Electrician
