Job description

PURPOSE:

Assure that superior services are delivered through the engagement, development, and commitment of a high-performing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Inspire the team to achieve continuously improved results through:

o Maximizing efficiency by providing accurate and detailed information.

o Establishing clear and challenging goals associated with metrics that support the company's vision and drive profitability/savings.

o Ensuring an in-depth understanding of company benefits so that the quality of service is never compromised.

o Personally, mentoring, and coaching each individual to maximize potential through one-on-one planning and development to include expanded assignments and special projects, where warranted.

o Being action-oriented, with a sense of urgency and responsiveness in solving problems and meeting the business needs.

o Assuring that superior services are delivered through the engagement, communication, and commitment to the organizations vision and success.

o Creating a climate of accountability at every level

Serve as an active agent in maintaining an environment that collaborates and encourages teams to support each other and the company's overall vision of success by:

o Recognizing and rewarding individual and team accomplishments.

o Involving team members in decisions that affect them.

o Actively collaborating with team members to achieve superior results.
