Job description

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team!
Work for an established yet innovative and growing company with an opportunity to utilize your HR expertise to recruit, hire, engage and retain word-class talent.
What you'll be doing:

• Identify and execute efficient, effective, and innovative recruiting methods and strategies based on available roles, industry standards, and the needs of the field team.
• Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand current and future staffing needs.
• Proactively source qualified candidates through social media, internet sites, cold calling, texting, etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with trade schools to coordinate classroom visits and post-graduation placement opportunities.
• Work independently while communicating and documenting recruiting efforts.
• Screen candidates and submit qualified candidates to the hiring manager for review.
• Assist in scheduling interviews and support the hiring process as requested by the hiring manager and/or HR.
• Build, maintain and track leads for current and future opportunities.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, and suppliers.

Successful Candidate Must Possess the Following Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Two years of recruiting experience.
• Knowledge of job requirements and qualifications of all assigned positions
• Excellent interpersonal skills to screen candidates effectively and to establish good professional relations with school, supply houses and others in the industry.
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations, licensing, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
