The Digital Transformation team is responsible for the metrics, processes and system tools used by the Customer Experience organization. We work cross-functionally with various internal teams to ensure the support team is well equipped to support our customers.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, analytical and detailed-oriented individual who has a passion for business processes. This will be a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn about Support Operations and cross-functional activities. This person will also be responsible for basic ServiceNow administration duties.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Identify gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner.
  • Translate complex business needs into streamlined process design and technical implementation.
  • Design details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.
  • Assist with implementing process, organization, training and maintenance strategy
  • Assist with data analysis and review.
  • Own and manage special projects.
  • Meet with business leaders, decision makers, and end users to define business. requirements, and systems goals, CX, Professionals Services, etc.
  • Create, document and submit change requests and deliver progress reports
  • Work with vendors and internal partners to ensure that design, development, and testing are completed successfully for project implementations

What You Bring To The Team

  • BA/BS degree and 6+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work independently and respond rapidly in a constantly evolving business environment, including on multiple concurrent projects that are global in nature
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills with an emphasis on intra-team collaboration
  • Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Python or programming skills not required, but are a nice to have
  • Familiar with analytics, business intelligence or big data technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus.
