In this role, you will assume a wide range of responsibilities, all of which will require ingenuity, innovation, and integrity. Using your exceptional communication skills and multitasking abilities, you will effectivelyact as liaisonforbusy executives,communicate key initiatives to team members, providing guidance and direction when appropriate. The successfulcandidatewillhave a can do attitude and thrive in a busy start up environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

* Manage all incoming phone lines, greet all employees and guest upon their arrival
* Handling all incoming/outgoing mail/packages
* Work IT department to assist with managing office equipment/IT supplies
* Update the lobby welcome screens
* Oversee office supplies and vendor relationships
* Manage executive calendarin conjunction withExecutive Staff Administratorin Philadelphia
* Assist with conference room scheduling; room set-up/clean-up, may need to arrange food/beverages for meetings
* Schedule complex meetings coordinating amongst challenging calendars and across time zones; confirm logistics and agendas, etc.
* Identify business process improvements and make recommendations as appropriate.
* Track and help drive completion of key tasks and follow up with outstanding items.
* Provide support on ad hoc projects as needed.
* Assistin various administrative dutiesas neededforotherdepartments
* Assist the Executive Staff Administrator with planning company events
