Our Team
Pave is growing extremely quickly and our recruiting team is at the forefront of building our diverse, talented & extremely passionate team! As an early member of the team, you'll get to have a ton of ownership and will get to develop and execute on sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and help fill the highest priority hiring needs for Pave. You will also work closely with leadership in building and rolling out brand new processes that will help us scale. We can't wait to partner with you and build out a sourcing function at Pave together!
Your Primary Focus
* Drive top-of-funnel talent pipelines and create robust networks with an emphasis on candidate diversity
* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand GTM requirements for open positions
* Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the interview process
* Create meaningful messages that drive engagement and build long term relationships with potential candidates
* Run searches and engage with passive candidates via LinkedIn, AngelList, and other platforms
* Partner with senior leaders throughout our tech functions to provide data-driven updates, talent sourcing strategy recommendations, and team-health insights
* Proactively engage with, screen, and manage candidates through the interview process
About You
* You have 1+ years of sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team specializing in Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing roles
* Demonstrated success building diverse talent pipelines for a wide range of GTM positions
* You can source a high volume of candidates while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality
* Prior start-up experience strongly preferred
* Prior recruiting agency experience preferred
* Strong experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates
* Wide knowledge of recruiting and sourcing tools
* Able to work with a highly dynamic culture and is comfortable with ambiguity
