Responsibilities
- Work closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers and candidates to schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience
- Facilitate interview process with candidates and hiring managers
- Act as an internally and externally-facing representative of the Fortinet team
- Route reqs and offers for approval
- Manage candidate background checks
- Generate tracking reports, audit new hire reports and create ad hoc reports as needed
- Post and manage open positions to various websites and job boards
Ideal Qualifications
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills as well as excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to work within a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding deadlines
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, familiarity with Oracle ORC is a plus
- 2 - 4 years' experience as Human Resources and/or Staffing functions are preferred
- Prior experience in a corporate environment at a global scale
- Prior experience working in Creating a phenomenal candidate experience for phone and onsite interviews
- Schedule in Outlook, candidate phone screens, onsite interviews and candidate travel
- Work with recruiters to produce offer letters, and manage offer process flow through employee onboarding
- Update and monitor applicant tracking system, to ensure candidate progression is being tracked properly and to maintain data integrity
- Route Manager authorization for headcount and offers
- Work in partnership with all departments in HR
- Ability to work with very diverse groups of people at all levels of authority.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills as well as the ability to balance several priorities from multiple sources required; flexibility and adaptability in dealing with rapidly changing priorities and demands necessary.
- Excellent follow through on commitments, using sound judgment with the ability to recognize and handle sensitive/confidential information.
- Must have strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision.
- Ability to work in a complex organization that is fast-paced and constantly changing to meet current challenges. This position must function in this environment on a daily basis and react quickly to meet pressing needs
