We are looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending candidates for our open positions. This person will help identify opportunities to build applicant pools, establish trust and partnerships with the hiring managers, identify culture alignment through effective interviewing, and ensuring an overall positive candidate experience. Developing and executing recruitment plans and strategies are primary responsibilities to ensure hiring goals are met with the best possible talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with leaders, hiring managers, and the People team on creating job descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
  • Continuously develop networks/partnerships to actively build a pipeline of candidates
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience and continue to train the team on interviewing best practices
  • Lead all recruitment efforts: Conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, and presenting offers
  • Establish and continually report on hiring metrics
  • Conduct salary benchmarking
  • Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting efforts
  • Lead job fair recruitment efforts and events
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Position Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of direct talent acquisition experience
  • Preferred experience of scaling an organization through rapid growth
  • Greenhouse or similar ATS experience
  • Experience with tech recruiting a plus!
  • Strong ability to source candidates
  • Proactive, flexible, and ability to take accountability and initiative
