Director, Human Resources - CLOVER

This role will focus 100% on our associates' success which is critical to innovate and build solutions that help small businesses run and grow. As the HR Director-HBRP, you will have responsibility for the Engineering organization working across multiple sites and will partner with the broader HR team on planning and delivering HR programs and services. You will be successful by having experience across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines including Employee Relations, Talent & Development, Total Rewards, Diversity & Inclusion and Talent Acquisition to drive business outcomes that help elevate the business performance of the Engineering organization.

This role reports to the VP, Head of Human Resources for Clover and is based in Sunnyvale, California.

A great HR director navigates challenging environments with speed and can collaborate effectively across an organization to drive significant value. A great HRD also meets with associates across the organization to deeply understand the business and needs of our associates to build strategies that have a positive impact and elevate team and business performance. Lastly, a great HR director not only champions diversity and inclusion efforts but influences others to support DEI so that we create an environment where we all can do and be our best.

As a HR Director-HRBP, you can look forward to:
• Strategic HR Partnership: Partnering with Engineering and Hardware leadership teams and people managers to understand the business so that you build new, innovative talent strategies aimed at accelerating the development and success of the Clover associates.
• Talent Management: Drive talent management initiatives including supporting global mobility initiatives; employee & leadership assessment and development, top talent development and retention, pipeline development, employee relations, skill/capability assessment, performance management and rewards planning.
• Culture and Engagement: Proactively identifying opportunities and developing innovative and sustainable solutions to elevate the associates' experience at Clover.
• Change Management & Sustainability: Developing and driving change management initiatives that enable the business to move faster and achieve higher performance and exceptional results.
• Organizational Design: Partnering with leaders to strategically structure and align organization through workforce planning, productivity analyses, operational models, etc. to achieve optimal performance.

Basic qualifications for consideration: (experience, education, skills):
• Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field of study required.
• Minimum 9 years of related HR experience required.
• Experience supporting technology clients e.g. Engineering, Information Technology, etc.

Preferred qualifications:
• Workday Experience
• Project Management experience
• Org Design experience
• Compensation modeling, market study, analysis experience.
• Data analysis/Metrics Development

Travel Requirements:
• 10% travel to other Clover + Fiserv US locations as needed.
