As our Associate Recruiter, you will be part of an award-winning team - awarded both the 2019 Inc. 500 award & the 2019 OCBJ award. Our high-end Recruitment/Staffing Firm is actively looking for an enthusiastic/growth driven professional who is eager to grow & build a specialized long-term career starting as a high-end Associate Recruiter. This Individual should have Sales experience of at least 6+ months and be an excellent communicator / stellar writing skill in order to effectively produce results and take their career to the next level. We would prefer (HUGE PLUS) someone with knowledge of technology to support our IT/Engineering clients & candidates.

Job Requirements:
Requirements: What You Need for this Position
· Must have at least 6+ months of Sales experience . Knowledge of technology to support our IT/Engineering clients & candidates is a PLUS.
· Must have strong Phone Sales skills
· Must have strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
· Strong Sales Behaviors to grow our current accounts, as well as, sign on pre-existing leads (with the option of bringing your own leads as well).
· Have experience using computer programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.…)
· Must be located within 10-15 miles of our office or be willing make the drive since we will require everyone to come into the office Monday - Friday.
