Job description
Gray is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the continued strategic growth in developing markets.
This position will operate out of Gray's Orange County offices, though may work via a hybrid model allowing the right candidate to work from a remote location. The position will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Their primary focus will be to build relationships that will secure new business opportunities, improve the company's market position, and help achieve financial growth. Must manage existing clients to ensure that they are satisfied and build and develop new customer relationships through networking, social media, attending industry events and conferences. Responsible for identifying and developing network of prospects. Collaborate with market Leaders and Marketing to exponentially increase sales opportunities in expanding markets.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Assist in developing, implementing, and adhering to strategic sales plan to achieve growth goals.
Assists in marketing and business development plan for assigned market areas of responsibility.
Develops professional relationships with new and existing customers, industry representatives and economic development representatives.
Assists in the preparation and presentation of proposals for new and existing projects.
Assists in project support as requested by project teams.
Utilize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Platform.
Represents Company at trade shows and trade association meetings.
Delivers sales presentations to key customers in coordination with business unit managers.
Meets with key customers maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
Serves as liaison between sales, marketing and business units.
Assists other departments within organization regarding business development issues.
Prepares regular sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed customer base expansion.
Compensation:
